    When I was at school, I hated PE. Not only did I dislike the physical exertion, I hated being outside in the cold.     The other day I decided once and for all I was going to stop pracrastinating over what to do with my extremely heavy box of journals. I brought them down from the attic and have been going through them in baby steps – years and years of entries. I had been journalling since I learnt to write as an infant, a habit which continues to this day. I journal differently now, to how I did back then.
